Boiler Replacement, Before and After
This job started with an older boiler that had reached the end of the road. We took it out, set a new boiler in the same spot, and redid the piping around it so everything is clean, accessible and easy to service down the road. The photos tell the story better than we can: same basement, brand new heat. The before shot is in the gallery below. If you've been told your boiler needs replacing, call us before you sign anything. We test first, quote repair and replacement side by side, and replacements carry a 2-year labor warranty.

High-Efficiency Furnace Install
A new high-efficiency gas furnace, installed and vented. The first photo is mid-install with the work light on; the second is the finished setup. Before we quote a new furnace, we look at the house, not just the old unit, so the new one is sized to actually keep up in January. Installs come with a 2-year labor warranty, and we'll match a competitor's written quote.
